· 1½ lb Ground Beef
· ¼ cup Heinz Ketchup with Jalapeno
· 1 Jalapeno finely chopped
· ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack Pepper Cheese
· 4 Hamburger Buns
Season hamburger meat with your family recipe and make 8, same size patties & set aside. Mix cheese and ketchup and freeze for 20 minutes.
Spoon equal parts of cheese ketchup mixture on 4 patties. Top with the other patties and seal tight. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side on medium high heat, remember not to press down on the burgers to prevent from pushing out the filling.
Remove from grill and let it rest for 2 minutes before serving on the bun with your choice of toppings.
