· 2 lbs or 24 wing pieces
· ½ cup Heinz Ketchup with Jalapeno
· ½ cup Hot Sauce
· 3 tbsp cup Maple Syrup
· 1 tsp Black Pepper
· ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
· 2 tbsp Canola Oil
· 3 tbsp cup chopped Cilantro
Mix all the ingredients in a medium size bowl except for the wings and half of the cilantro, which you will reserve for use later.
Grill the wings until desired doneness or the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Brush the wings with half of the sauce mixture to glaze and continue to grill. Baste for one or two more times front and back.
Remove the wings from the grill and sprinkle with the remaining cilantro (reserved earlier in the recipe) for color. Use the remaining sauce for dipping.
